November CHECK-UP – Goodness, we are already into the second month of the new 4-H Year! Get all the To Do‘s and Information you need here to help keep you on track and moving forward!

____Recognize those that submitted KAPs and Pin Applications.

____Distribute Achievement Celebration items to those that were not able to attend.

____4-H Forecaster read and important dates marked on calendar.

____Review highlights from the 4-H Forecaster at your club meeting.

To-Do

____Distribute copies of club program calendar or club notebooks. Make sure to send a club program to the Extension Office. Email is fine at cmmiller1@ksu.edu

____Project Leaders conducting project meetings.

____Check club mailbox at the Extension Office.

____Identify and schedule meeting for community service committee

____Plan Holiday party

____Begin discussion of 4-H Day plans

____Encourage online 4-H Enrollment. Remember out of county 4-H’ers need to complete the Out of County 4-H Enrollment form and submit to Extension Office before their 4-H Enrollment will be accepted. Volunteers need to complete the VIP renewal form (adults and juniors) if they are returning volunteers

____Out of County Request to Join forms due before online enrollment will be accepted!!!!!

____Hand out and return VIP Renewal Forms

____Have new volunteers contact the Extension Office to get the VIP Process started
