Lisa Mead, a recent graduate of KSU, works with students in her classroom at Decatur Community High School. She teaches American Government, U.S. History, and World History. “It has been a good year so far. I am starting to feel like I am getting the hang of this teaching thing,” she says. She’s also created a classroom library. “My students have used it quite a lot so far; they seem to like the selection of books I have.”
