The 84th annual 4-H Achievement Banquet was recently held at Salem United Methodist Church in Newton to honor Harvey County 4-H members, volunteers and supporters. More than 75 4-H members, their families, and special guests attended the annual awards banquet sponsored by the Harvey County 4-H Council.

What is your definition of a leader? Harvey County 4-H gives youth a unique opportunity to discover what leadership means to them. Last weekend I loaded up our Extension van with sleeping bags, pillows, suitcases, and pencils. Three of our 4-H Ambassadors and I headed to Rock Springs 4-H Center for a weekend of learning and friendship.
