A Free Chronic Disease Self-Management Workshop series is coming to Lincoln County. This free workshop will be held Wednesdays-September 21st through October 16th 1:30-4:00pm in the Basement Meeting Room of the Lincoln County Hospital. Participants in this workshop will gain self-confidence in controlling their symptoms, better manage their health, and lead a fuller life. Participants will have the opportunity to connect with other individuals with chronic physical or mental conditions and caregivers.
