The K-State Study Abroad Office invites you to discover your passion in Paraguay, your independence in Italy, or your audacity in Australia. Whether you’re looking for an unforgettable summer experience or a year-long adventure, studying abroad is a life-changing opportunity that can open doors and expand your horizons, your career, and your future!
Curious about studying abroad but not sure where to begin? You can start by visiting the Study Abroad Fair in the K-State Student Union Courtyard on Wednesday, February 11th, from 11:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and checking out your options. At the fair, you’ll have the opportunity to explore a variety of programs, chat with study abroad alumni about their experiences abroad, learn about available scholarships and financial aid, pick up some great giveaways, and even enter to win raffle prizes.
If you’re interested in studying in a particular area of the world, feel free to attend any of our three special Study Abroad 101 sessions on Thursday, February 12th, in Union Stateroom 3. There, you can learn about specific programs and scholarships for universities in the following countries:
- Japan – Noon to 1 p.m.
- Australia – 1 to 2 p.m.
- Spain – 2 to 3 p.m.
As always, you’re welcome to attend one of our general Study Abroad 101 sessions, call us (785-532-5990), email us (abroad@ksu.edu), or stop by our office in 304 Fairchild Hall. We’d be happy to sit down with you and discuss your options or help you begin planning for your adventure abroad!
