9/15 – A/Pass/Fail grading option request deadline. Last day to submit graduation application to be included in Commencement Program.
9/18 – Last day to drop regular 16-week courses for 50% refund
9/19 – Deadline to submit Application for Residency Reclassification for tuition and fees
9/25 – Last day to drop regular 16-week classes – no ‘W’ grade(s) reflected on the transcript
Planning to graduate this semester?
All students planning to graduate in December are highly encouraged to apply for graduation clearance in KSIS by Sept. 15 to be included in the Commencement Program. Log into KSIS, click on the Academic Records tile and select “Application for Graduation.” All students must apply for graduation for each major, secondary major, minor and certificate they are completing. The final deadline to apply for Fall 2023 graduation is Dec. 8. Seniors, please read the Aug. 30 email from the Arts and Sciences Dean’s Office to learn more.
