K-State Dairy Days took place on Monday, February 12 at the Meadowlark Extension District Office Complex in Seneca, KS, and Tuesday, February 13 at the Amish Community Building in Hutchinson, KS. Both events had great attendance with a lot of interaction and questions from dairy farmers across Kansas.
Speakers and topics are outlined here: 2024 Dairy Days Agenda

Thank you to the Kansas Dairy Commission for sponsoring lunch during both meetings.
Congratulations to the 2024-2025 Henry C. Gardiner Scholars. Since 2012, the Henry C. Gardiner scholarship application process has created an environment for qualified students to compete for elite undergraduate scholarships. Thirty-three students applied for the 2024-2025 Henry C. Gardiner scholarships. Academic standing, community service, work ethic and future goals are taken into consideration. A panel of K-State faculty and industry leaders review the applications. Finalists are selected and compete in a rigorous interview process. The students are academically elite agriculture undergraduates enrolled at K-State and plan to continue careers in agriculture.
The 2024-2025 Henry C. Gardiner Scholars pictured with Mark Gardiner (L to R) are: Katrina Turner, Derby, Kansas; Lauren Thompson, Woodville, Wisconsin; Preston Dunn, Saint John, Kansas; August Hulse, Culver, Kansas; Grace Fike, Westmoreland, Kansas; and Kiley Andersen, Sebastopol, California.
The Henry C. Gardiner Scholarship is made possible through the generous contributions of Gardiner customers, friends and family continuing the legacy of Henry Gardiner. To date, 54 undergraduate students have received $250,500 in scholarships.
The K-State Collegiate Rodeo was hosted in Weber Arena this past weekend February 15-18. The event set record attendance with nearly 12,000 people attending over four days.
