Meet Mackenzie Metz, currently interning at Select Sires Member Cooperative.

🌟 Internship Focus: Mackenzie’s internship at Select Sires Member Cooperative is a hands-on learning experiences along side of sale representatives to help breeders with breeding selections.

🐄 Learning Experience: She’s immersed in every aspect of the Cooperative, from sales strategies to daily breeding routes.

📈 Professional Growth: Mackenzie has taken on her own sales goals, gaining insights into farm reproduction and genetic analyses.
