MEAT JUDGING TEAM TO RAFFLE OFF RIBEYE ROLLS: The Kansas State Meat Judging Team is once again selling raffle tickets ($10) for ribeye rolls to help support the team’s travel costs in the upcoming year. The raffle will be conducted the week of December 11th and the winners will have the option of having the meat cut to their specifications. If you are interested in buying tickets, please contact a member of the Meat Judging Team, Travis O’Quinn, or email meatscience@ksu.edu

DAIRY FOODS PROCESSING & INNOVATION FACULTY POSITION: The department is interviewing two finalists for a Dairy Foods Processing & Innovation faculty position. Visit asi.k-state.edu/dairyfoodsandprocesssing/ to review CVs, watch recorded seminars and to fill out the post interview survey.

FALL UNDERGRADUATE SYMPOSIUM IS FRIDAY: Please plan to join us on Friday, December 8, 2023, from 9 am – noon at the Town Hall in Leadership Studies for the Fall Undergraduate Research Symposium. Students will be presenting posters on both course-based research projects and independent research projects. Coffee and donuts will be provided!
