We are helping her collect data to evaluate sensory reaction to honey!

If you are interested:

  • Honey testers must be within ages 18-70 years old with no diabetes or allergy to honey.
  • Participants should refrain from smoking, eating and drinking except water for 1 hour before the evaluation.

All these things might affect the perception of smell and taste not only of your own but also of your neighbors.

If you can’t come, please consider sharing the Honey Tasting event posted on our social medias (@KStateEntom) or catch Dr. Stan’s lecture about honey either in-person or via Zoom. To watch the lecture, registrations are required by Nov. 1.
