GSA CLOTHING ORDER: The Animal Science Graduate Student Association will be hosting a clothing sale starting today, October 17 through October 31. There are many styles and options to choose from, as well as the “Flying K” logo or the KSU ASI wordmark logo. All orders will be available for pickup in 119 Weber Hall in early December. Items can be viewed and orders placed online at https://www.companycasuals.com/KSUAnimalScienceGradStudentAssociation/start.jsp. Payment is required at the time of order. INTERNATIONAL BOVINE LEUKOSIS VIRUS CONFERENCE: The International Bovine Leukosis Virus conference will be hosted at Michigan State University on November 8-10. The conference will include speakers from Japan, Canada, Poland, and the US. This conference is a joint effort between Michigan State University and Kansas State University, College of Veterinary Medicine. The target audience for this conference are researchers in Animal Science, Veterinary Science, DVMs, and dairy and beef producers. DR. TEMPLE GRANDIN LECTURE SERIES: Join us as we enjoy the wisdom of Dr. Temple Grandin, discussing equine behaviors, along with presenters on equine assisted therapy, horsemanship & recognizing behavior changes as indicators that something may be off.
