SUPPORT CALL HALL:

Did you know that this school year (2023-2024) marks 100 years of the sale of Dairy Products produced here on campus?
The below logo showcases the history of our Dairy Operation, sporting a glass milk bottle as the 1 in 100 and the outline of the original Dairy Barn that stood where University Gardens now stands! That’s right, we used to have dairy cattle right on campus!
While dairy processing was taught on campus since the late 1800s, consumer demand spurred the movement to Waters Hall in 1923! The Dairy Plant produced powdered milk, butter and ice cream that first year! Since 1964, the Dairy Plant as been housed in Call Hall, producing fluid milk, cheese and Ice cream for you all to enjoy!
As we look to the future of our Dairy Operations on campus, with proposed renovations to all three parts, modern equipment is needed to ELEVATE our teaching and extension services!
The T-Shirts below will be sold at the Dairy Bar and online during the 2023-2024 school year! With a purchase price of $25, plus tax, over 50% of each shirt will go to the purchase of modern equipment for the Dairy Farm, Dairy Plant, and Dairy Bar! Shipping available for a flat rate of $9.50!
Please consider a purchase and check back over the next few months as we roll out new items sporting this logo to further our mission of modernizing our on Campus Dairy Operation!
