Faculty Spotlight- Megan McCoy

Megan McCoy, PhD, LMFT is adjunct faculty invested in teaching financial therapy courses here at K-State, and in the field of financial therapy in general. She is currently the secretary for the Financial Therapy Board where she heads two committees (social media/marketing and special topic webinars). Megan loves reading, researching and writing about financial therapy. She has published twelve articles and three book chapters in areas such as financial therapy and marriage and family therapy. You can read her work in journals such as the Journal of Financial Therapy, Journal of Financial Planning, and Journal of Family Economic Issues. She is so excited to teach three of the courses in the Financial Therapy certificate and helping students go on to publish in similar journals!
