Valerie Elwell (Custodial Specialist) was recognized for her work in the new CBA building!
“I encountered Valerie working in the restroom a couple of days ago and I was very impressed. She had both paper towel dispensers open, taking picture of the springs with her phone. I asked what was up, and she indicated that people had mentioned that one of the dispensers wasn’t working correctly. She had trouble-shooted, found the problem, and was taking a picture to pass on the information, probably to you. I don’t know about you, but that is exactly the type of proactive problem-solver I like having on our College of Business team. Kudos to Valerie.”
