Congratulations to the 2019-2020 student ambassadors

The school ambassadors have been hard at work promoting our programs to prospective students (and their families) and engaging current students.

Lauren Herbster, Junior in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Sabetha, Kansas, She is interested in working with adults and children with special needs as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Kaylee Konda, Senior in Human Development and Family Science from Colwich, Kansas. She is planning to attend Fort Hays State University in the fall to pursue a Master’s degree in School Counseling.

Molly Maddy, Senior in Human Development and Family Science from Norton, Kansas. She enjoys working with emerging adults and is interested in working in a non-profit.

Merani Rivarola, Senior in Human Development and Family Science from Lenexa, Kansas. She is planning to pursue a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy beginning in Fall 2020.

Megan Klug, Sophomore in Personal Financial Planning from Salina, Kansas. She is involved in Student Alumni Board, Powercat Financial, and Financial Planning Association. She also serves as an ambassador for the College of Health and Human Sciences and Fraternity and Sorority Life as well as Vice President of Academic Excellence for Kappa Kappa Gamma.

Whitney Wegner, Sophomore in Human Development and Family Science from Shawnee, Kansas. She currently is gaining experience in the field working with preschool and school-aged children in a local school.
