What would a pizza be without them? Have you ever thought of growing your own edible mushrooms? Here is a chance to learn how. On Wednesday, March 27 we have planned a “Mushroom Cultivation Workshop”!
In this class you will discover easy, low-cost methods for growing delicious gourmet mushrooms such as shiitake, wine cap and oyster. You will learn how to inoculate logs and wood ship beds so you can harvest your own year after year!
In this hands-on workshop you will be making and taking items home so you can grow your own.
