To-Do

____Remind 4-H’ers the new 4-H Year Starts October 1st. 4-H Enrollment opens online Oct. 1st at https://ks.4honline.com. 4-H Families will log in with the same information as last year.

____Hand out and turn in to Extension Office Request for Out of County Enrollment forms for those members that reside outside of Butler County

____Project Leaders conducting project meetings.

____Check club mailbox at the Extension Office.

____Begin planning for election of club officers.

____Have members think about projects for the new year.

____Check club’s progress toward goals.

____Project leaders notified of the specific responsibilities.

____Out of County Request to Join forms due before online enrollment will be accepted.

____Hand out and return VIP Renewal Forms.

____Have new volunteers contact the Extension Office to get the VIP Process started

Promote/Recruit

____Parents’ Committee recruiting Organizational Leaders and Project Leaders for the 2016-2017 4-H year.

____Encourage Achievement Pin Award Applications and Record Books
