NEW Recruitment Opportunity via Activities Carnival Update
Due to health and safety concerns, we are updating our plans for Activities Carnival. We are moving away from the in-person/face-to-face event as previously planned and are excited to share a new opportunity for your organization to engage with students and recruit new members virtually.
We invite your organization to host a virtual info session via Zoom from 6-8pm on Thursday, August 20th. To make this process as simple as possible, the CSI staff will create all zoom meeting links for organizations who sign-up to participate in this event. Your organization will need to designate a member to host and run the zoom meeting. You will also need to designate a primary contact from your organization whose name and email address can be shared on the event website. The CSI staff will send a confirmation email, event details and zoom meeting instructions after you sign-up.
To sign-up, please email Ashley Douglass by Tuesday, August 18 with the following information:
- Student Organization Name
- Zoom Meeting Host: Full name and email address of a member from your organization who will be responsible for hosting the meeting on Zoom (logging in, starting the meeting, managing any technological aspects, such as screen-sharing or break-out rooms, and ending the meeting when the event is over)
- Primary Contact: Full name and email address of a member from your organization who we can list on the event website as a contact for new or interested members to reach out to.
If your organization has previously registered for Activities Carnival, you will need to re-sign-up following the instructions above.
