Fall 2018 K-State Launch Finalists

Our Fall 2018 K-State Launch has awarded 10 student business ideas with a total of $7,500 in prize money.

The K-State Launch competition gives students experience in the process of pitching a business. The competition is organized by the Center for the Advancement of Entrepreneurship in the College of Business Administration and is open to all students and majors in the university. In total, 82 student teams entered the competition this year by submitting an executive summary, which was used to narrow the field to 10 finalists. Student Spotlight: Ty Brull

Student Spotlight

Ty Brull is a senior Entrepreneurship major who is graduating in December of 2018. His hometown is Salina, Kansas. If you come into the Center for the Advancement of Entrepreneurship, there’s a pretty good chance that you’ll see Ty. He is one of the four students that works our front desk. He serves as the president of our Entrepreneurship Club but he has no shortage of leadership involvement around campus. He’s an Academic Achievement Center Ambassador, serves on the the College of Business Dean’s Student Advisory Council, and is a former member of Sigma Phi Epsilon Fraternity.
