Passionate about environmental issues?
The Udall Scholarship ($5,000) is for undergraduates with the commitment to be future leaders in environmental fields. Competitive applicants, regardless of major, will be able to show dedication to the environment through their activities and career goals.

Details about the award:

  • Udall Scholars are awarded $5,000.
  • Eligible students will graduate between May 2016 and May 2017.
  • US citizens or permanent residents only.
  • We can nominate up to six students to compete nationally.
  • Native American/Alaskan students can also apply for the Udall if they are interested in healthcare or tribal policy. There are no ethnic restrictions for students with environmental career goals.
