  • Sonya Britt, editorial review boards of Journal of Financial Therapy and Italian Journal of Sociology of Education;
  • Brad Klontz, editorial review boards of  Psychological Services and of Journal of Financial Therapy;
  • Cliff Robb, associate editor of Journal of Consumer Affairs, and editorial boards of Journal of Financial Counseling and Planning, Journal of Personal Finance and Journal of Financial Planning;
  • Ron Sages, editorial review boards of  Journal of Financial Planning and Journal of Financial Therapy; and
  • Martin Seay, editorial review board of Journal of Financial Planning.
Recent PFP graduate Roxanne Martens has been hired as instructor at the K-State Salina campus. She teaches FSHS 105, FSHS 405 and FSHS 756.

Retreat for ag teachers

Martin Seay, assistant professor, presented at a weekend retreat for Kansas agriculture teachers to help sharpen their financial planning skills. Also presenting at the weekend retreat on the Salina campus were PhD students Lloyd Zimmerman and Cherie Stueve.

Thanks for tailgate

DM Bruce Associates – and alumnus Kevin Bruce – invited students to a tailgate before the K-State-TCU game in November.

Student FPA stays busy

Alum Amy Guerich visited campus to help the student chapter of Financial Planning Association. She is the University liaison with FPA Kansas City. Members of the student group attended Career Day hosted by the Kansas City group and volunteered with the FPA National Conference last fall.
