Janis Crow, marketing instructor, is a recipient of the College of Business Administration Edgerley Outstanding Instructor Fellowship. Based on a recommendation of the Edgerley Instructor Fellowship Award Committee, Dr., Crow will hold the Edgerley Outstanding Instructor Fellowship for academic years 2014-2015 and 2015-2016. Crow earned her bachelor’s degree, master’s degree, and her doctorate from Kansas State University. She has been a faculty member of the Department of Marketing for the past 14 years.
Crow serves as excellent example of the high quality of the instructors in the College of Business Administration. The committee commends her for her excellence in teaching, innovation and service to her students and the college.
In an excerpt from her letter of recommendation, the committee noted the following; “Janis Crow consistently receives outstanding teaching evaluations. She has developed two new courses this past year and has mentored Developing Scholars and Honor’s Program students in undergraduate research. Further she serves as the marketing department chair of Assurance of Learning.”
