K-State Research and Extension is currently accepting applications for a Family Resource Management Agent to serve the Post Rock District. Extension agents are community based faculty of Kansas State University who make a difference by connecting community needs with university resources.
This position will extend the mission of K-State Research and Extension Family and Consumer Sciences with a focus on family resource management. The professional will provide primary leadership for the development and implementation of research-based educational programming to support successful families and the systems that serve them in communities. Programs may include but are not limited to: financial planning and management, Medicare and insurance education, consumer decision-making, lifestyle and business transition planning, entrepreneurship, and home management to promote independent living.
